Broken today?
Cover won’t help.
A plan has a waiting period and won’t cover a fault that already exists – ours or anybody else’s. If something is broken right now, this is the page you want.

Ref. RPR – Before you book
We'll tell you if it isn't worth fixing
Some repairs cost more than the machine is worth. You'll get that answer on the phone, before an engineer is booked and before you've paid anything.
RPR-DIA
Tell us the make, model and fault
The model number is usually on a sticker inside the door or around the back. With that and a description of what it's doing, we can normally narrow it down before anyone travels.
RPR-QTE
You get a price before the visit
You'll know what the callout covers and the likely parts cost for the fault we're expecting. If the diagnosis changes on site, you're told before any work starts.
RPR-FIX
Repaired, or told straight
Engineers carry the parts that fail most often. If the economics don't work – an eleven-year-old machine needing a £300 board – we'll say so rather than take the money.

Reserved – Repair customer reviews
Third-party review widget mounts here once the Trustpilot profile is live. Nothing is shown in this slot until the reviews are real and verified – no placeholder quotes, no invented names.
