Getting covered is simple.

Tap the appliances you’d like covered and your price shows up straight away, with no forms to fill in first.
We set up your plan
One plan and one price, with parts and labour included. Send us your details and we’ll get back to you to set it up. You can cancel whenever you like.
Ring us when something breaks
We’ll book the engineer. If your appliance can’t be economically repaired, we’ll replace it.

There’s nothing to pay when the engineer comes out, and each appliance you add costs a little less. You’ll see your price before you commit to anything. It stays the same for each plan year, and if it’s going to change at renewal, we’ll write to you at least 30 days before.
What a repair can cost
A drum-bearing repair typically costs £220–£310. On a plan, it’s covered with nothing to pay on the day, and every exclusion is published before you sign up.

If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it.
When our engineer decides an appliance can’t be economically repaired, we replace it with a new one of the same type, delivered and fitted, with nothing knocked off for its age. We know it’s the part people worry about most, so we’ve kept it simple.
