What every plan includes.
Unlimited callouts
Report as many separate faults as you need to during your plan year. There's no cap on how many times you can call us out.
Parts and labour together
The price of your plan covers the engineer’s time and the parts they fit. You don’t get a second bill after the visit.
Replacement if it can't be repaired
If our engineer decides your appliance can't be economically repaired, we replace it rather than leaving you with a dead machine.
Mechanical and electrical breakdown
Both sides of a failure are covered: the moving parts that wear out and the electronics that stop talking to them.
A UK helpdesk
You speak to someone in the UK who can see your plan and book the engineer on the same call.
Discounts when you upgrade
If you decide to replace an appliance yourself rather than repair it, we'll put our trade discount towards the new one.

Our plans have a waiting period, a few things they don’t cover, and situations where cover isn’t the right choice at all. We’ve put all of it in plain words on one page, in the same size as everything else, so there’s nothing to find out later.
